It's that time of year when everything is hectic and you feel like you just never have enough time! I've been super busy with work since everyone is trying to squeeze in their PTO. Not to mention I finished all my Christmas shopping TODAY! Well, minus the White Elephant gifts for my family's annual Christmas dinner. Talk about procrastination. The shopping gods must have been on my side today because I found parking right at the entrance of the mall as soon as I drove up the parking garage. EXCITE. Anyhow, since it was my day off, I went to the store to purchase what I needed to bake my team some cookies, ingredients for my dish I am bringing to my family's Christmas dinner then to the mall.
